I don't know if this is considered a wallpaper or not, it's more of a poster. I thought up this random idea when I was listening to the Red Alert 3 Soviet March (win.) Everything is vector, so resizing shouldn't be a problem...hopefully. Hi-res, so you can downsize if needed. Yeloooowwww aaannnnddd reeeeeeddddddd.......Also, the "beacons" are supposed to be reaching out from Moscow.
